PRIMA Solis attracts demand in the east of the Capital: almost half of the first phase of the project, sold in six months
PRIMA Development Group, one of the most important real estate developers in Romania, with 20 years of experience in developing reliable residential complexes, announces an accelerated pace of sales at PRIMA Solis, its flagship project in eastern Bucharest. Only six months after the launch of Phase I sales, almost 50% of the units have already been contracted. In parallel, the company has accessed a financing of 37 million euros from Banca Transilvania, intended for the completion of the first two phases of the PRIMA Solis development, according to a press release sent to the editorial staff.
