Real estate developer Prima Development Group has over 3,500 housing units in the works or under authorization, and projects totaling 2,000 housing units are underway on the capital market. The company announced that it has delivered over 5,500 new homes at the group level, accumulated over the 20 years of activity, in the two cities where it builds, Oradea and Bucharest.

Real estate developer Prima Development Group from Oradea has acquired a two-hectare plot of land adjacent to the PRIMA Solis residential complex, construction of which began this summer on the former Antrefrig industrial platform in the capital.

PRIMA Development Group has started work on the second phase of the PRIMA Astera residential complex, a project developed on Ghencea Boulevard in Bucharest, with an estimated value of 30 million euros and completion in 2027.
