Our story started in Oradea, in 2005 and we are glad to be a part of the transformation of the city with the highest quality of life in Romania.

We are builders, not only developers, we are engineers and architects, not only business entrepreneurs. In the last 15 years, we built over 3.000 functional apartments in durables projects and we succeeded in changing residential developments into beautiful communities.

In 2017 we started to write the second chapter of our story by expanding the portfolio of residential projects in Bucharest. This normal phase is part of our long-term vision to become the best professionals in the design, construction, and development of sustainable housing in Romania.
