PRIMA Development Group, one of the most active residential developers in Romania, plans to deliver over 5,500 apartments in the next five years, of which 3,000 in Bucharest and 2,500 in Oradea. The total estimated value of investments for these projects exceeds 500 million euros.

Real estate developer Prima Development Group has over 3,500 housing units in the works or under authorization, and projects totaling 2,000 housing units are underway on the capital market. The company announced that it has delivered over 5,500 new homes at the group level, accumulated over the 20 years of activity, in the two cities where it builds, Oradea and Bucharest.
